Eric Bolin

Eric Bolin joined Service Logic in early 2022 as Vice President of Talent Development and Training. He leads Service Logic's creative efforts and financial investments in training and development programs. His focus being on leveraging the size and scale of Service Logic to support the development of the people through skilled trades technical education, leadership and core skills development and facilitating collaborative peer group engagements.

Eric joins Service Logic with over 30 years of experience in the Energy, HVAC and Contracting Industries. During his career, he has worked with building and industry owners on energy and operational strategies (energy/utility cost management, mechanical systems operation and maintenance, etc.) to improve their overall HVAC efficiency and operating cost structure. He has previous work experience with Duke Energy, Trane, and MSS Solutions, all located in Charlotte, NC. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer at MSS leading and supporting the company though an aggressive growth period.
