Raphaël CHARTIER is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as an Analyste SOC at SNS SECURITY since June 2023. Previously, Raphaël spent nearly nine years at NTT Ltd. in various roles, including Ingénieur Devops & Sécurité and Ingénieur Exploitation DevOps, where responsibilities included managing approximately 200 VMware servers and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 through security updates and vulnerability remediation. Raphaël also contributed to support functions during the implementation of a new information system, collaborating closely with multiple teams to manage bugs and conduct user acceptance testing. Prior experience includes technical support roles at Econocom and IBM. Raphaël holds a cybersecurity-focused degree from CyberUniversity and professional qualifications in Networks and Telecommunications from IUT de Béziers, complemented by a BTS in computer management from Lycée Lamartine.
