Brian Reece is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and product management. Currently serving as Principal at Service Physics since June 2019, Brian previously held the role of Global Director of Retail Digital at ZX Ventures, where a comprehensive five-year retail digital strategy was developed for over 500 global locations. Brian also led initiatives in data strategy and mobile applications, including the successful launch of the “Castable” engagement app. Prior to ZX Ventures, Brian worked at Starbucks as a Digital Product Manager, where leadership in human-centered design and innovative product implementation was demonstrated. Brian's early career includes positions at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as a Program Manager and Nuclear Engineer, along with internships at IBM Corporation and Chromalloy. Brian earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
