Our philosophy is simple - HAPPY CLEANERS = HAPPY CLIENTS

We pay our cleaners better than anyone else because if the person doing the cleaning is HIGHLY COMPENSATED, they tend to be HIGHLY MOTIVATED to do a great job, and that ultimately ensures HAPPY CLIENTS.

WE OFFER THE BEST VALUE IN THE INDUSTRY FOR YOUR CLEANING DOLLAR. How you may ask? We don’t have a big fancy office, a bunch of over paid employees, or any other “fluff” to justify our monthly price. Our Distribution Company supplies us with our own private label of PREMIUM QUALITY cleaning products & equipment, at highly reduced costs, which keeps our overhead very low. WE PASS THOSE SAVINGS ON TO YOU, OUR VALUED CLIENT. Paying our cleaners top dollar ensures they will care about what they are doing, and focus on ATTENTION TO DETAIL. It’s the little things, that make a BIG difference.

WE DO NOT CHARGE OUR CLEANERS FEES OF ANY KIND (franchise fees, finder’s fees, insurance fees, etc) they supply great attitudes, hard work and attention to detail. We supply everything else they need to be successful and do a great job for our customers (chemicals, equipment, insurance, bonds, supervision, training, uniforms)
