Tim Parrish has worked in various roles since 2001. Tim started as a Customer Service Team Manager at SchoolMessenger in 2001, followed by an ISR role at Dell in 2016. In 2010, they returned to 3DimensionED as an Operations Manager, before taking up a role as an Inside Sales - High Velocity - United States at TIBCO Software Inc. in 2017. In 2019, they were appointed as the Dir. Business Development at 3DimensionED. In 2021, they joined ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc. as the Dir, Strategic Training and Retention Team and a Customer Success Manager.

Tim Parrish obtained an Associate of Occupational Studies in Computer Technology and Network Administration from Vatterott College in 2001. Tim then furthered their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado State University Global in 2020. During their time at Colorado State University Global, they also obtained an Organizational Leadership certification in 2019. In addition, they obtained a Strategic Thinking certification from LinkedIn in May 2020.
