Susan Thomas is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and client support in the retail and service industries. Currently serving as a Premium Support Consultant at ServiceChannel since July 2012, Susan specializes in implementing SaaS products for large, multisite organizations, focusing on improving facilities management performance and achieving cost savings for clients. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at David's Bridal, District Manager for Christopher & Banks overseeing multiple stores, and Manager of Store Operations & Communications for the Fashion Bug Division of Charming Shoppes.
