Krystina Docil

Krystina Docil currently serves as the Partnerships Coordinator at ServiceCore, responsible for driving partner success through the coordination of onboarding, training, and enablement for SaaS partnerships, along with managing partner pipelines and performance data. Prior to this role, Krystina held several positions at Robert Half, including Assistant Vice President and Practice Director - Marketing and Creative, where a focus on managing client relationships and connecting them with top-tier talent was paramount. Krystina also contributed to the mid-Atlantic region's internal hiring team and worked as a Client Solutions Manager, bridging the gap between skilled IT professionals and rewarding project opportunities. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Consultant at Capital Area Workforce Development. Krystina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
