Daniel Muallim has worked for six companies since 2009. Daniel began as a Web Designer for Self Employed in 2009, then worked as a Travel and Hospitality Business for S-ryhmä / S Group in 2010. From 2016 to 2018, they held four roles at Turun Osuuskauppa, including Assistant Hotel Manager, S-trainee, Social Media Strategist, and Management Trainee. In 2018, they took on the role of Service Advisor at S-Pankki. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Microsoft 365 Educator at Digiope. Daniel currently holds the role of Customer Success Manager at Serviceform.

Daniel Muallim has a diverse educational background. Daniel completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vaasa in 2018, with a focus in Economics. Daniel then pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Puolalanmäki Upper Secondary School from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they hold two certifications from Microsoft, including Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and Microsoft Office Specialist - Associate, which they obtained in 2020.
