Wes Walker has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2012, they started their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman and worked their way up to become a Senior Program Manager. During their time in the Marine Corps, they trained and educated over 4,150 Marine Officers, managed construction projects, and received several meritorious promotions. In 2021, Wes joined Amazon as an Area Manager II and later became an Operations Manager III. At Amazon, they led a team of 800 associates, supervisors, and managers and maintained the highest safety standards. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at ServiceMaster Restore by Trifecta.
Wes Walker earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Wes later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the same university, which they completed between 2023 and 2025. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from G-7 Performance & External Affairs at Marine Corps Base Quantico in 2019.
