Matthew Kochan

Matthew Kochan is the founder of ServicEngineBPO, a SEBPO company. Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and technical support industry. Matthew has held various executive positions at companies such as McAfee, Nortel Networks, and Compaq Computer. In 2006, they joined Sento as their COO and successfully turned around the financial performance of the company by increasing profitability and cash flow. Matthew then joined Stream in May 2004 as their COO. There they led 32,000 employees located in 35 delivery centers in 18 countries to deliver exceptional client service to over 150 Fortune 1000 companies. In February 2000, they joined Nortel Networks as their SVP Worldwide Technical Support and was responsible for developing and implementing unique service delivery models for Enterprise companies, small businesses, and consumers. Matthew then became VP Customer Service at Compaq Computer in January 1998 and was responsible for managing 2,000 direct employees and 4,000 contracted employees located in delivery centers throughout the U.S, Europe, and Asia.

Matthew Kochan has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
