Amber Chen

Amber Chen is a human-centered AI product designer currently serving as the design lead for the Requestor Admin Experience at ServiceNow, focusing on empowering users to adopt generative AI and AI/ML solutions. Previously, Amber worked as a Senior Product Designer at Paradox, where the Experience Assistant was recognized as the Human Resource Executive 2021 Product of the Year. With a background that includes roles at Socure and China Luxury Advisors, Amber has cultivated expertise in creating intuitive user experiences across various platforms. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a certificate in User Experience Design from CareerFoundry.
