David North

David North is an experienced leader with a robust track record in technology and operations management. Currently serving as Sr. Director at ServiceNow since April 2020, David has held various senior roles focused on change management, digital employee experience, and business operations. Prior to joining ServiceNow, David worked at eBay for 16 years, where responsibilities spanned senior management positions in migration operations and business operations across payments and merchandising. Earlier career experiences include project management and environment planning roles at Hewlett-Packard, David J. Powers and Associates, Mindigo and Associates, and the County of Santa Clara. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from San José State University.
