Dina Elsayed

Dina ElSayed serves as the Senior Corporate Counsel for Global Public Sector Legal, Ethics & Compliance at ServiceNow since September 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Lockheed Martin from 2006 to August 2024, where Dina held multiple roles including Program General Counsel for significant defense programs, such as the Next Generation Interceptor and the Advanced Extremely High Frequency programs, managing complex legal negotiations and compliance issues. Additionally, Dina contributed as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Ambassador and led anti-corruption initiatives, enhancing legal and ethical practices within the organization. Dina holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fresno.
