Erick Mott

Erick Mott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and customer-oriented program leadership. Currently serving as a GTM Strategist at ServiceNow since February 2020, Erick focuses on driving innovation and achieving cross-functional team goals through effective go-to-market strategies. Prior to this role, Erick worked at Creatorbase as a Blogger, Senior Consultant, and Speaker, emphasizing purpose-driven brand strategy and digital transformation from June 2007 to February 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Strategic Communications Consultant at Randstad Technologies US, where support was provided for Wells Fargo's PMO, and as Head of Communications at Reflektive, where an integrated communication strategy was developed. Erick also held the position of VP of Communications at Determine, a Corcentric Company, directing social business strategy post-merger. Erick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Notre Dame de Namur University.
