Haley Chuang

Haley Chuang is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources with a proven track record of significantly enhancing recruitment processes and employee engagement. Currently serving as a TA Operational Readiness, Sr. Specialist at ServiceNow since March 2020, Haley has successfully collaborated on initiatives such as a global newsletter and leadership video series, while also presenting to senior leadership. Previous roles include Team Lead for Recruiting Coordination and Executive Coordination Specialist, where Haley demonstrated strong leadership in team development and process optimization. Prior to ServiceNow, Haley held various HR roles at Luminar Technologies, MZ, LeEco, Instart Logic, and Bon Appetit, where responsibilities spanned from recruiting coordination to event management. Haley holds a BS in Broadcast Journalism from San Jose State University and an AA in General Education from the College of San Mateo.
