Jon Joslin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Principal Success Architect at ServiceNow since March 2018, Jon has contributed to enhancing enterprise applications on the industry-leading cloud platform. Previously, Jon held significant positions at Prolexic Technologies/Akamai Technologies, where notable accomplishments included managing partnerships with key Cloud Security partners. As Director of Systems Engineers at ITinvolve, Jon supported the growth of an early-stage ITIL company. At Primesys, Jon played a pivotal role in achieving over 800% growth in SAP security consulting revenue during a four-year span.
