Jonathan Ma is currently a Sr. Staff SRE Architect at ServiceNow, where they lead engineering initiatives focused on hybrid cloud infrastructure. Previously, they garnered extensive experience in network administration and engineering roles at companies such as Platt Electric Supply, eLynx, and Workday, where they architected scalable infrastructures and optimized operational efficiencies. Jonathan's leadership in significant projects has resulted in notable cost savings and enhanced service reliability. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tamkang University and continue their education at institutions including UC Berkeley.
