Julius Chen

Julius Chen currently serves as the VP of Product Legal at ServiceNow, where leadership is provided to a team of over 30 attorneys and legal professionals focused on product, AI, privacy, security, and IP functions. Prior to this role, Julius worked as VP and Deputy General Counsel at Remitly, overseeing corporate legal teams and building expertise in various areas including privacy and information security. Julius has extensive experience from Amazon, where roles included Associate General Counsel, Director for Physical Retail & Technology, and Senior Counsel in several divisions, developing significant skills in data privacy, cloud computing, machine learning, and data security. Julius began a legal career at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP after earning a law degree from New York University School of Law and a degree in Business Economics from Brown University.
