Leon Chen

Leon Chen is the Director of Digital Acquisition Operations at ServiceNow, a position held since 2020. Prior to this, they had extensive experience in various roles, including Director of Sales Engineering at PayRange and Business Operations Manager at Samsung Ads. Chen also served as the Director of Ad Operations at PlaceIQ and was a Senior Manager of Campaign Operations at Velti, contributing significantly to ad technology and operational processes. They began their career with roles at Google, Yahoo!, and in the research field at the Pelagic Shark Research Foundation, where they gained valuable skills in operations and team management. Chen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
