Marc Guy is currently the Director of Training Simulators at ServiceNow, where they lead initiatives to enhance customer training and development. They began their career in IT as a Service Desk Analyst in 2000, ultimately serving as a Service Desk Manager before joining ServiceNow in 2008. With extensive experience in ITIL implementation and ServiceNow solutions, Marc has played a pivotal role in numerous enterprise-level customer projects and was recognized as the ITSMF Service Management Champion of the Year in 2007. Previously, Marc also managed customer support for ServiceNow in Europe and held various positions in the graphic design field earlier in their career.
