Mark Bodman

Mark Bodman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as a Sr. Product Manager at ServiceNow since November 2016, Mark specializes in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and is recognized as an IT4IT certified evangelist. Prior roles include Co-Chair and Vice Chair of the IT4IT Forum at The Open Group and an IT4IT Strategist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Mark promoted the IT4IT operating model. With a background in enterprise architecture at Dell and Troux Technologies, Mark has a proven track record in driving strategic business outcomes, managing large-scale IT initiatives, and facilitating significant cost savings. Mark holds an Associate degree in Computer Programming Technology from NHTI, Concord's Community College, and has a foundational education in electronics from the U.S. Army Intelligence Electronic Warfare Systems program.
