Mark Meloon

Mark Meloon is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience, currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at ServiceNow since January 2017. In this role, Mark has focused on transforming internal tools into products on the Now Platform, enhancing model development processes, and implementing cutting-edge AI advancements. Previous positions include Senior Staff Data Scientist at ServiceNow, where Mark created a Model Development Framework that improved efficiency and visibility, and Senior Data Scientist at Impetus, developing deep learning models and analytics maturity models. Mark's earlier career includes significant contributions at CSC and Toyon Research Corporation, where analytical expertise was combined with software engineering to drive successful outcomes. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Caltech and a B.S. in Applied Math, Engineering, and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
