Matt Eckersall is currently the Senior Director of CRM at ServiceNow, where they focus on enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth. Previously, they served in various leadership roles, including Regional Director for SUSE and Head of Media, Entertainment & Telco at Amazon Web Services. Their extensive experience also includes significant positions at Microsoft and Oracle, where they led teams and strategies that achieved substantial revenue targets in cloud services. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Politics from The University of Manchester and continues to engage in the tech community with a passion for digital transformation and innovation. Outside of work, they enjoy rugby and staying active through running and cycling.
