Melissa Case

Melissa Case is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the tech and creative sectors. Currently serving as Staff Outbound Product Manager for Employee Workflows and Staff Inbound Product Manager for NowX at ServiceNow since August 2022, Melissa leads the kickstarting of new HR products. Previously, at BambooHR from September 2015 to August 2022, Melissa developed the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Hiring module, enhancing the candidate experience through a mobile application. As the founder of Lavender and Pine since February 2015, Melissa combines creativity with entrepreneurship, offering specialized event design services. Additional experience includes roles at Marketecture and StoresOnline, where Melissa honed skills in product management, operations support, and client relations. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University.
