Michael Phillips is the Area VP of Solution Consulting at ServiceNow, overseeing teams across Australia and New Zealand. They have a rich background in technology, with 20 years of experience in leadership, sales, solution engineering, and change management, having previously held roles at companies such as DocuSign, Salesforce, and Concur Technologies. Michael is passionate about developing diverse teams and coaching emerging leaders, as well as promoting equality and diversity within the industry. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, and Information Systems at Deakin University, they continue to engage with community initiatives in their downtime, enjoying snowboarding and cycling.
