Patrick Arnaud

Patrick Arnaud, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant at ServiceNow since May 2024. Previously, Patrick held various roles at Salesforce from September 2018 to May 2024, including Lead Solution Engineer for Strategic Enterprise Accounts, where recognition came through the FY22 Peak Performers Award. Patrick also worked at Munvo from June 2015 to September 2018 as Practice Leader, focusing on the SAS Customer Intelligence practice, and as an Enterprise Marketing Management Consultant. Earlier experience includes an internship at BlackBerry as a Safety Compliance Associate, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring compliance with certification requirements and enhancing testing efficiency. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance and Global Strategy & Leadership from McGill University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Pure & Applied Science.
