Patrick Tam

Patrick Tam serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at ServiceNow, leading corporate strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives since August 2019. In addition, Patrick is involved in advisory roles with iSTRUT, Larabee, and The Conference Board, while contributing as an adjunct professor at San Jose State University. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Cisco, where Patrick managed a $400M corporate transformation portfolio and launched over 200 service offers. Patrick holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School and the University of California, Berkeley, and has authored a children's book aimed at instilling confidence and joy.
