Peter Wicklund

Customer Success Manager

Peter Wicklund has a diverse professional background spanning coaching, customer success management, and consulting. From 2009 to 2010, Peter served as an Assistant Swim Coach for the Klahanie Swim Team, where instruction focused on competitive swimming fundamentals and the promotion of teamwork among youth athletes aged 5-18. Peter transitioned to various roles in customer success management, currently at ServiceNow since February 2023, and previously at Skilljar from March 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Head Lifeguard and Swim Instructor for the Klahanie Homeowners Association and coaching at the Skyline Swim Team during high school. Peter also held roles at Apptio as a Customer Success Engineer and Technical Account Manager, and served as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at Protiviti, conducting auditing projects in major metropolitan areas. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, obtained in 2009.
