Peyton Caffey

Peyton Caffey is an HRBP Director for Australia and New Zealand, currently driving results through the integration of people and business. With a strong background as a Senior HR Business Partner, Peyton has effectively guided SMEs through significant change and has partnered with senior leaders to identify solutions that engage the workforce. Peyton’s previous roles include Head of HR at DXC Connect, Talent Services Partner at ServiceNow, and an Undergraduate Human Resources Advisor at BHP Billiton. Peyton holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from The University of Western Australia.
