Ryan Grutter

Ryan Grutter is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration, software development, and IT asset management (ITAM). A career spanning over a decade includes roles at Greenridge Realty, ITS Partners, i3 Business Solutions, Recursive, and ServiceNow. At Greenridge Realty, Ryan maintained IT systems for nearly 500 users and developed web applications. At ITS Partners, responsibilities included consulting on Symantec's IT Management Suite and leading ServiceNow implementations. As a Senior Technical Account Lead and later as an ITAM Consultant, Ryan coordinated systems management solutions and directed ITAM business practices. Currently serving as a Principal Business Process Consultant at ServiceNow, Ryan continues to leverage expertise in optimizing IT asset management processes. Education includes a degree in Information Technology from Kent Career Technical Center and a BAS in Computer Information Systems and Programming from Davenport University.
