Ma Sai is a Senior Program Manager for APAC GTM Programs at ServiceNow, having previously served as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they focused on strategy and transformational programs in Southeast Asia. Prior to their MBA at INSEAD, Ma worked at Shell, managing various supply chain projects and earning accolades for their performance. They also gained experience through internships at Apple, Procter & Gamble, and Dell, contributing to projects in supply chain automation, product marketing, and human resources. Ma holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with First Class Honours from Nanyang Technological University.
