Veronica Basch has a diverse background in linguistics and education, transitioning into software development over the years. Veronica currently serves as a Sr. Solution Developer at ServiceNow since 2022, after previous roles as a Software Engineer at NewRocket, Inc. and GAVS Technologies. With a strong foundation in English education, Veronica has also taught and developed curricula for various language programs, including roles as an English teacher and adjunct professor. Veronica holds a Master’s degree in English Education from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and is furthering her expertise in Full-Stack Web Development at LEARN Academy.
