Customer Experience Researcher

Violeta H. is an experienced professional with a background in customer experience research and design. Violeta held positions as a CX Design Research Associate and Customer Experience Researcher at ServiceNow from July 2022 to February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Career Prep Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, a Consumer Products Intern at the National Football League, and a Tech Fellow at Red Ventures with Golden Door Scholars. Violeta also contributed to the Meruelo Family Center for Career Development at the University of Notre Dame as Co-Chair of the First Gen Careers Advisory Board and worked as a Student-Athlete Tutor at the University of Notre Dame while completing a degree in Economics with a minor in Computing & Digital Technologies, focusing on UI/UX track. Additional internships include positions with Million Marker, MetLife, and the Alliance for Fair Food.
