They have worked with major companies such as Salesforce, HP, and Oracle, delivering complex training business solutions for a diverse set of audiences, including internal employees, direct customers, and System Integrators. William has demonstrated expertise in designing training strategies for large-scale organizations, managing training P&L, and developing community outreach programs that support over 100,000 learners annually. Their passion for education led them to collaborate with non-profit organizations, helping disadvantaged learners secure jobs within the Salesforce ecosystem. Currently, William holds the position of Skills Consultant Lead at ServiceNow.
