Doug Ketner

Doug Ketner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Doug is currently employed at ServicePower as a Senior Customer Success Manager, a role they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at the same company from May 2013 to October 2022. In that role, they were responsible for maintaining and providing innovative technological solutions to address clients' goals and objectives. Doug also facilitated district meetings and played a key role in store training and remodel initiatives.

Doug began their career at OfficeMax in March 1997, where they worked their way up to the position of General Manager. Doug had oversight over all aspects of the store, including P&L, sales, operations, merchandising, warehouse, and facilities management. During their tenure, they successfully improved the store's EBITDA from a deficit to profitability.

Doug Ketner attended the College of DuPage from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued General Studies. Doug then enrolled at Northern Illinois University from 1995 to 1997, where they focused on Business.
