Services Ltd was founded as a Quality Consultancy and training organisation in 1983 by Professor Tony Bendell, who still runs the company today. We have national and international coverage from our head office in Nottingham.
 
Our services include: strategic and process consultancy, executive mentoring, senior staff and workforce training and development, team building, learning network facilitation,   change management, organisational stock takes, benchmarking and assessment support for organisations of all sizes and all types. 

We have externally recognised expertise in many areas including: Lean Operations and Management, Six Sigma (up to and including Master Black Belt level), Process Management, Anti-Fragility Assessments, Customer Service Management, Continuous Improvement, Leadership and Team working, Human Resource Management, application of the EFQM Excellence Model, Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard implementation, developing and supporting Creativity, TQM, Risk Management, ISO9001, ISO14001, integrated management systems. 

Services Ltd works with clients as they aim to become excellent organisations. Our roots are in the excellence movement from which we have developed into an organisation expert in offering a range of consultancy, training and organisational development services. 

Our clients range in scale from the large, Rolls Royce, Birmingham City Council, The Highways Agency to SMEs. We have worked for a number of British government departments such as The Benefits Agency, Employment Service, DTI as well as departments of the Hong Kong, Indian, Abu Dhabi and Dubai Governments. As our client portfolio has grown, so has our capability to provide strategic consultancy and facilitation. We are in the position of being able to offer a wide range of services throughout organisations, including at the most senior levels.
