Swaroop John

Swaroop John is a Senior Product Designer at ServiceTitan since September 2020, focusing on Product Led Growth and previously designed enterprise solutions for businesses in trades. Prior experience includes leading the design of the EcoStar App for Starbucks, aimed at empowering employees in over 16,000 stores across North America, and serving as a UX Research Assistant at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where in-depth research and prototyping were conducted on projects funded by The National Science Foundation and Google. Early career roles involved redesigning user onboarding for GoGuardian and creating a SaaS product for Walmart at EnterPi. Swaroop has also worked as a Lead Visual Designer at Crafting Genius, producing websites and branding materials for multiple organizations. Swaroop holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Animation Design from Loyola Academy, supplemented by a user experience and user interface design certification from New York Code + Design Academy.
