Erick Chaves

Erick Chaves has worked in a variety of positions since 2007. Erick began their career as a Caterer for Giandi's Catering, where they were responsible for setting up and taking down for dinner events, providing friendly and prompt service, and maintaining efficiency in buffet lines or drink stations. In 2008, they moved to Panera Bread, where they were a Cashier/Barista, greeting customers, being knowledgeable about products, rotating through bakery, cafe, kitchen, and bathroom areas, and closing the restaurant four nights out of the week. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Student at Texas A&M University, earning a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration. In 2011, they became a Summer Tech Assistant at Houston Christian High School, tagging and inventorying equipment, organizing, inventorying, tagging, and pushing out iOS images for 400 students' MacBook Pros, and logging technical problems. In 2013, Erick began working at Netsurion formerly known as Vendor Safe Technologies as a Senior NOC Analyst, where they worked with customers over the phone to troubleshoot issues with subnet routing, internet connections, and credit card processing issues, and created and worked to resolve tickets. Finally, in 2015, they became a Software Developer at Servient, Inc.

Erick Chaves attended Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Houston Christian High School from 2008 to 2010.
