Stephen Philpott

Stephen Philpott started their work experience as a Trainee Accountant at Haines Watts, where they completed their ACA qualification and gained experience in preparing accounts and conducting audits for SMEs. Stephen then joined Xerox as Group Reporting Manager, where they played a key role in consolidating Xerox Europe and implementing a new consolidation package. After that, Philpott joined Servier UK as Finance Manager, where they engaged in scenario planning, produced statutory accounts, and acted as a lead auditor contact. Stephen was later promoted to Director of Finance, overseeing the financial operations of the company. Currently, Philpott holds the position of Director of Finance & IT, UK & Ireland at Servier UK, where they also took on responsibility for the Irish promotion business and managed the IT team. Stephen serves as a strategic partner to the UK/IE Managing Director and leads global acquisitions and business development arrangements.

Stephen Philpott attended Denefield School from 1989 to 1996. Stephen then went on to the University of Kent from 1996 to 1999, where they studied BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance and Economics with a focus on Finance.
