Alexander Yakovlev is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as IT Director EAEU at Servier since January 2017, Alexander has previously held positions such as IS&T and Operations Manager for Eastern Europe at Louis Vuitton, and EMEA AX Retail Solution Architect at Microsoft, where involvement in international ERP projects for diverse retail companies was key. At Chanel, as AX ERP Solution Center Manager for Europe and later as IT Director for Russia & CIS, Alexander managed ERP/CRM implementations across multiple countries while developing IT strategies and infrastructure.
