Bénedicte Lesur is currently an adjointe opérationnelle at the production department, with a five-year background in industrial transposition. Previously, Bénedicte held roles at Servier as a Chef de projet in both industrial transposition and production/technique, managing teams and overseeing the transfer and validation of pharmaceutical specialties. Bénedicte also gained experience at Weishardt as an assistant engineer in R&D for gelatin production and served as a project engineer at Chanel focused on cosmetic powder processing. Bénedicte earned an engineering degree in process engineering and a master's degree in microbiology from Ecole des Mines d'Albi-Carmaux and Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, respectively.
