Firas A. is a data professional with experience as a Data Integration Intern at Greater Paris University Hospitals - AP-HP, where development and deployment of an automated pipeline for variant calling validation was undertaken using Python, Snakemake, Shell scripting, Dash, Plotly, HPC, Docker, and Git/Gitlab.
