Geoffroy Bellet

Geoffroy Bellet is the Global Head of R&D Human Resources at Servier, overseeing a team of eight HR professionals and managing the transition to a new campus at Paris-Saclay. With experience as HR Director and HR Manager at Servier Research Centers, Geoffroy has acted as an HR business partner to various research teams and led the management of General Services, ensuring workplace innovation and health measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Geoffroy worked as an HR Project Manager at Servier China, focusing on multiple office departments, HR KPIs analysis, and internal communication projects. Earlier career roles included Market Analyst at Somfy and Junior Marketing Officer at Radiall. Geoffroy holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in HR from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from SKEMA Business School.
