Macha Delard is the Director of Corporate University at Servier, where they focus on developing employee skills to support organizational transformation. Previously, Macha held various positions at Servier, including Campus Manager and Early Talent Acquisition & Campus Director, fostering relationships with universities and enhancing recruitment efforts. Macha began their career as a pharmacist, transitioned into pharmaceutical marketing and sales, and expanded their expertise into international training in management and personal development. They hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Université Bordeaux 2 - Victor Segalen and a Master’s in Business Administration from Université Bordeaux 4.
