Pei Zhang

Pei Zhang has extensive experience in talent and organization development, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Organization Development at Servier since November 2013. Previously, Pei held the position of Head of HR at 家家乐购(北京)科技有限公司 from August 2012 to October 2013, and worked as a Learning & Development Manager at Novartis from May 2011 to August 2012. From January 2007 to May 2011, Pei was a Regional Learning & Development Consultant at Alstom. Academically, Pei holds a Master's Degree in Management Innovation and Change from the University of Aberdeen and a Ph.D. in Management Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, complemented by education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
