Peter Adamson

Peter Adamson is an executive leader and physician-scientist with a focus on global oncology research and development. Currently serving as the Global Head of Oncology Clinical Development at Servier, Peter has extensive experience in oncology drug development, having previously held key roles, including Global Head of Oncology Development at Sanofi and Chair of the Children’s Oncology Group. Peter's influential career encompasses over two decades in academia, government, and industry, during which they led significant initiatives in pediatric and adult oncology. Their contributions include launching the largest ongoing childhood cancer study and supporting six global drug approvals. Peter's educational background features an MD from Weill Medical College of Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Wesleyan University.
