Roberta Ioachim

Roberta Ioachim has over 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Servier Pharma since January 1999. In this role, Roberta is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of diverse learning and development activities, aligning with the organization's strategy to enhance employee efficiency and engagement. Key responsibilities include the design and production of e-learning and classroom materials, collaboration with stakeholders to address curriculum needs, and the management of trainers' talents. Prior to this position, Roberta worked as a Medical Representative at Yamanouchi from January 1996 to January 1999. Roberta holds a Licentiate degree in Organizational and Learning from Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie „Carol Davila” din București, complemented by a CIPD qualification obtained in 2013 and a Master's degree in Applied Horticulture from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest.
