Stéphane Vautrot

Stéphane Vautrot currently serves as the HRIS Run Lead for Successfactor & Cornerstone at Servier since September 2022, overseeing multiple HR streams including onboarding, recruiting, and performance management. Previously, Vautrot worked as a consulting lead for the CSOD LMS at SQORUS, where responsibilities included project management, GxP compliance, and global support management. With extensive experience in learning management systems, Vautrot has contributed to various international projects, including roles at organizations such as SUEZ, AXA, and NeoSpheres, implementing Cornerstone On Demand solutions across diverse industries. Vautrot holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from ISC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communication from ESCA-SUP.
