Willy Stophe

Willy Stophe has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in digital transformation and business intelligence within research and development at Servier from March 2011 to March 2025. As Chief Digital & Experience Officer R&D, Willy provided leadership across 12 teams in three departments, defining and implementing coherent R&D business intelligence processes and solutions. In a prior role as Head of Clinical Business Intelligence, Willy led three teams in data integration processes critical for preparing clinical data for statistical analysis and FDA submissions in accordance with CDISC standards. Additionally, Willy holds a Master's degree in Coach Consulting from LINKUP COACHING, completed in January 2020, and an earlier University diploma in computer science from LINKUP COACHING, obtained in December 1999.
