Zeynep Agar is currently the People and Culture Director at Servier, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational psychology. Previously, Zeynep held various HR roles at organizations such as Allianz Worldwide Partners Türkiye, Ernst & Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Zeynep has also served as an HR Assistant Manager at BankPozitif and as an HR Leader at Manpower. Coupled with an MA in Organizational Psychology and certifications as an Erickson Professional Coach and NLP Master, Zeynep specializes in strategy development, recruitment, and performance management.
